ooc: timey wimey plotty wotty

I wanted to throw an OOC post out there since Wren is clearly figuring out/being told the mysteries of Siren Cove pretty quickly and (a) it might be useful to get the people involved in him figuring out his nature on the same page and also (b) I am getting BAFFLED by the timeline of slowthreading :P

So far things that have happened:
- Alex [Cabot] has been the vaguest vague to ever vague, pretty much
- Spencer cracks under pressure and tells him ~magic is real~ (and mentions sirens, though Wren sort of pushes it to the back of his mind) in a very clear way
- Lara specifically mentions powers and not using them when Wren approaches her for a gig (did this happen before or after Spencer?? His reaction is a little dubious, so it seems like before, but the thread ACTUALLY happens after, and I've managed to not mention Watersong since because I suck so uh, hmm.)

Things that we've discussed happening:
- Alex getting caught in siren form (and Wren having to deal with sirens being a thing)
- Lara teaching Wren to use his powers and/or control them

Things that could be related:
- Michaela owes Wren a seance: once he figures out sirens are real he's gonna want to know EVERYTHING so said seance could be related to his way-back Siren Cove family? IDK? But could be unrelated also.
- Both Alex and Spencer may know/know where to find things about his Sauvageon family members; Spencer has actually offered but Alex might know more about the siren aspect.

Hey! About Michaela, just let me know whenever you want a seance. I don't know when you're planning on Wren ~discovering more~ and taking her up, but he might want to wait until after Oct. 17 (she'll be getting married~). Then she'll seance the hell outta that place and answer whatever questions he has about his family.

Also, she knows a lot about SC because of the ghost-talking thing. And she's extremely blunt so if you ever need someone to straight talk him lol

I think it'll probably take long enough that after the ~wedding of the century~ would be better, yeah. (OMG. That proposal. I love it.)

I love Michaela and never quite know how to get my chars involved, so some straight talk is totally welcome XD Wren knows how to be charming when he needs to be but he really prefers when people say what they think, even if it's offensive, so he'll probably just find her refreshing.

Ahaha perfect! She may even embellish and lie about a few things, depends on her mood. She'll probably just give it to Wren straight though.

When he and Joel meet, he could mention what Spencer has told him and Joel can be like, 'lol, like this' and do some magic. Only with less lol, because I'm not sure Joel knows how to laugh for anyone but Spencer. :3

P.much whenever you want! We may run ourselves into timeline trouble with three plots concurrently, though, so maybe a little further into one of our current threads? Or we can just email about what happens so we keep on track. (Do you have my email? I'm wildefae at gmail.)

oh I totally agree on getting further on the two we have first. I'm just saying! I think the first is just not!flirting and the pumpkin patch is first of many make outs. Unless you have any other ideas?

Oh, I get that XD I'm just a planner by nature when it comes to RP, you can never really over-plan with me. I think that's probably right too. Wren's naturally a little quick to the physical, usually, but he really likes spending time with Alex and he's battling confusion/~feelings~ about that so I think that's good timing.

If Wren needs someone to tell him the mysteries of siren cove, Les is totally available. That is his family's coven's purpose in town to be almost sources of information especially on witches and magic things. I'd love to do more with that.

I think now that he's had it explained to him that magic exists, he's going to fall easily into needing to know EVERYTHING - any new interest is like that for Wren - so learning more about it is definitely relevant to his interests :D

I'd love to have Wren and Les run into each other, too, so yeah, we should work something out.
