He chews on his lip a little, blinking slowly and watching her listen to - feel - his heart against his chest. It's an intimate gesture, in a different way than he's used to, and he finds himself caught off guard by it, charmed in a way he can't even explain entirely.
He traces along her back lazily with one hand and smiles as she moves back up, kissing her, lazy and thorough.
